Miharu Takizakura is a magnificent 1,000-year-old weeping cherry tree located in Fukushima Prefecture, renowned as one of Japan's three greatest cherry trees and designated as a National Natural Monument. Standing over 13 meters tall with branches spreading more than 25 meters, this ancient Beniganezakura variety creates a breathtaking cascade of pale pink blossoms resembling a waterfall each spring.
