Minoh Park is a stunning natural oasis located just 30 minutes from central Osaka, famous for its picturesque hiking trails leading to the impressive 33-meter Minoh Waterfall. The park transforms into a kaleidoscope of colors during autumn when maple trees create a breathtaking red canopy, making it one of Kansai's most beloved autumn leaf viewing spots. Along the scenic walking path, visitors can sample the local specialty momiji tempura - deep-fried maple leaves coated in sweet batter - a unique culinary experience found nowhere else in Japan.

π‘ Tips for Visitors
The main trail to the waterfall is an easy 2.8km walk taking about 45 minutes one way, suitable for most fitness levels. Visit during weekday mornings to avoid crowds, especially during peak autumn season (mid-November). Most shops along the trail accept cash only, so bring yen, and wear comfortable walking shoes as the path includes some stairs and slopes.
