Mount Misen is the highest peak on Miyajima Island in Hiroshima Prefecture, standing at 535 meters and offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Seto Inland Sea. The ropeway operates year-round but requires a 30-minute walk from the ropeway station to the actual summit, so wear comfortable hiking shoes.
